(the best "grandma" meatloaf you'll ever have...traditional with onion and cracker crumbs topped with catsup...served with mashed potatoes)
Soup: Chickpea and Winter Vegetable Stew (v)
Butternut squash, carrot, potato, chickpeas, onion, leek, turnip, and vegetable broth seasoned with coriander, caraway seeds, cumin, cayenne, garlic, salt, honey, harissa, we add tomato paste and couscous...delightful!
