(fresh fennel with white wine, tomatoes, red onion, and garlic with vegetable broth and cream)

(boneless skinless chicken breast sauteed in butter and served with a sauce of mushrooms, shallots, garlic in a creamy Marsala wine sauce with peas and pasta)

A mixture of ground beef, bread crumbs, milk, feta cheese, egg, onion, carrot, oregano, salt and pepper, baked to perfection, served with roasted veggies tossed in a lemon caper sauce. Yum!!

Soup: Spicy Chorizo and Veggie
Chorizo, tomatoes, chilies, potatoes, carrots, corn, shallots, onions, cumin, coriander and veggie stock with roasted garlic, salt, pepper this one is limited edition.
