Entree: Ranch Meatloaf
Certified Natural Beef and Pork from the Rowdy Stickhorse Wild Acres mixed with bacon, onion, cheddar cheese, egg, jalapeno, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, cilantro, oregano served with Hasselback potatoes(baked thinly sliced crisp baked potatoes slathered in olive oil, chives, butter, salt and pepper. these are soooo good)

Soup: Creamy Potato Soup
(potatoes, milk, sour cream, cream cheese, onion, celery, garlic, veggie broth, chives, salt & pepper)

Entree: Salisbury Steak
(Oklahoma certified natural ground beef mixed with sauteed onions and garlic, egg, parsley and mushrooms...roasted...served with a rich gravy of mushrooms, butter, stock and red onion and mashed potatoes)

Soup: Tomato Poblano (v)
(this one is creamy and delicious...just a bit of a kick with fresh roasted poblano peppers, tomatoes, onion, leek, a dab of sherry and cream)

Entree: Caramelized Pear and Blue Cheese Pizza
This one is a favorite. We caramelize pears and onions and add blue cheese and mozzarella and top it with some almonds. Yum!
