Tasty moist grilled chicken thighs seasoned with garlic, lime juice, cumin, coriander oregano, soy sauce and a bit of honey. Served with Peruvian green sauce and lime cilantro rice. So delish. Chicken thighs! Where have they been all your life??

Cauliflower, bacon, onion, and Cajun spice make this cheesy yummy soup really stand out.
