(a very tasty stew and a whole lot of ingredients not necessarily in this order...onion, leek, coriander, caraway seeds, cumin, cayenne, garlic, vegetable broth, butternut squash, carrot, potato, harissas, tomato paste, salt, turnips, chickpeas, flat-leaf parsley, honey, and couscous...yum!)

Thinly sliced sirloin, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, cornstarch, onions, water chestnuts, broccoli served over rice. All of the usual suspects come together beautifully.
