Entree: Peruvian Chili Lime Chicken Thighs with Roasted Potatoes
Tasty moist grilled chicken thighs seasoned with Savory Spice chili lime served with Peruvian green sauce and roasted potatoes. So delish.

Wednesday:

Entree: Pork chop Cordon Bleu
A thin pork loin chop rolled around bacon, Swiss cheese, mustard, mayo, and dipped in egg and herbal bread crumbs browned in butter and olive oil and served with butter roasted Yukon Gold potatoes. Heaven.

Entree: Ranch Meatloaf
Certified Natural Beef and Pork from the Rowdy Stickhorse Wild Acres mixed with bacon, onion, cheddar cheese, egg, jalapeno, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, cilantro, oregano served with green beans.
