(flour tortilla filled with chicken, onion, bell pepper, green chili, a sauce of butter, flour, cream, mozzarella and cheddar cheese, served with refried beans, sour cream, salsa ...what is there NOT to like?)

Pork tenderloin marinated in bourbon, soy, ginger, brown sugar, grilled and served with The Prairie Gypsies' creamed corn. So good!
