Tender pork loin that has been roasted with our own Apricot Mustard, garlic and pepper. Served with a delightful cream sauce made from the drippings and roasted potatoes.

Soup: Cheesy Cauliflower
Cauliflower, bacon, onion, and Cajun spice make this cheesy yummy soup really stand out.
Wednesday:

Entree: Spinach Artichoke Chicken Pasta
Our own spinach artichoke dip whisked into Alfredo sauce tossed with pasta, topped with grilled chicken, garnished with chopped Roma tomatoes, bacon bits and parmesan cheese.

Soup: Vegetarian Chipotle Chili (v)
(spicy and fresh...carrot, bell pepper, onion, white, black and kidney beans, tomato, chipotle pepper, garlic, spices)
Thursday:

Entree: Ranch Meatloaf
Certified Natural Beef and Pork from the Rowdy Stickhorse Wild Acres mixed with bacon, onion, cheddar cheese, egg, jalapeno, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, cilantro, oregano served with green beans.

Soup: Cheese w/Jalapeno Pesto (v)
(carrot, onion, tomato, milk, cream cheese, cheddar, broth...topped with a pesto of jalapeno, cilantro, parsley, lime juice)
Friday:

Entree: Honey Mustard Chicken
(our own recipe...boneless, skinless chicken breast, honey, mayo, our own Apricot Mustard...baked and served with a creamy sauce over rice)
