Entree: Mexican Lasagna with White Sauce
Shredded chicken, black beans, corn, and a spicy white sauce layered with flour tortillas make this a great Mexican favorite. You gotta try it!

(smoked sausage, onion, bell pepper, salsa, black beans, tomatoes, cheese, oregano, cilantro)

Entree: Pasta in Pumpkin Cream with Sausage
Italian sausage, onion and garlic, in a pumpkin cream sauce spiced with a dash of cinnamon and nutmeg over penne pasta. Autumn begins!

(bacon, onion, pumpkin, potato, cream and broth spiced with curry)

A recipe from Emeril you guys are going to love! Hot Italian sausage, onion, garlic, green chiles, smoked Gouda, parmesan and cheddar cheeses, red bell pepper with egg and milk in a hash brown crust.
