(white navy beans with bits of chicken, tomato, green chilies, onion, garlic, cumin, chili seasonings and oregano...stock up on this one...order a couple quarts!)

(the best "grandma" meatloaf you'll ever have...traditional with onion and cracker crumbs topped with catsup...served with mashed potatoes)

(ground beef, onion, diced tomato, pinto beans, ranch style beans, corn, hominy, with taco seasonings and Ranch dressing mix...always a favorite!)

Entree: Salsa Verde Pork Taco Casserole
Our fabulous and now famous salsa verde pork that is usually on our soft taco bar is now offered in a casserole...pork butt braised in salsa verde, onion, oregano, cumin, coriandor, salt, pepper and chicken broth, layered with Southwest seasoned bell pepper, poblano pepper, zucchini, onion, corn tortillas and colby-jack cheese, baked...love it!
