Entree: Greek Meatloaf
A mixture of ground beef, bread crumbs, milk, feta cheese, egg, onion, carrot, oregano, salt and pepper, baked to perfection, served with roasted veggies tossed in a lemon caper sauce. Yum!!

Soup: Spicy Chorizo and Veggie
Chorizo, tomatoes, chilies, potatoes, carrots, corn, shallots, onions, cumin, coriander and veggie stock with roasted garlic, salt, pepper this one is limited edition.

Entree: Cabbage and Meatballs
(ground beef, cabbage, tomato sauce, onion, celery, bell peppers, lemon juice, brown sugar, honey, rice, herbs, salt, pepper)

Soup: Potato, Onion, Blue Cheese
(onion, garlic, potato, pepper, cayenne, bay leaf, chicken stock, cream, blue cheese, thyme, port wine, bacon)

Entree: Shepherd's Pie
(ground beef, carrots, peas, topped with mashed potatoes then baked)

Soup: Hot Winter (v)
(tomatoes, basil, butter, cream and pepper...this comes highly recommended!)

Entree: Fiery Flank Steak with Tomato Jam
Flank steak marinated in lime juice, olive oil, jalapeno and garlic, grilled, served with sliced polenta and a tomato jam of tomatoes, onion, garlic, jalapeno, cilantro, lime juice, salt and sugar.
