Salmon marinated in garlic, dried apricots, The Prairie Gypsies' Apricot Mustard, green onion, crushed peppercorn, balsamic vinegar, thyme and olive oil, then baked...served with green beans.

(creamy and rich!...pears, veggie broth and brie cheese)

Entree: Bourbon Pork Tenderloin
Pork tenderloin marinated in bourbon, soy, ginger, brown sugar, grilled and served with The Prairie Gypsies' creamed corn. So good!

Chorizo, Italian sausage, ground beef, Habeneros, jalapenos, poblanos, Anaheim, chipotle peppers, onion, garlic, beer and booze, tomato sauce, black beans, kidney beans, pinto beans great northern beans, garbanzos, chocolate, chili powder, cumin, basil and oregano. This one has a kick!
