Entree: Ribs with Sexy Red Sauce
(we brown off some pork ribs, add tomato, herbs, stock, red wine, a bit of sugar, onion and garlic...served with cheese topped mashed potatoes)

Soup: Chicken Pozole
Chicken broth, grilled chicken thighs, white hominy, onion, sweet bell peppers, chipotle, limes, garlic, salt, pepper, spices. Limited edition but tasty!!

Entree: Salmon Patties
(salmon with bread crumbs, onion, egg, cayenne, salt, pepper...served with green beans)

Soup: Tomato Poblano (v)
(this one is creamy and delicious...just a bit of a kick with fresh roasted poblano peppers, tomatoes, onion, leek, a dab of sherry and cream)

Entree: Lemon Chicken with Thyme
(Chicken breast meat tossed in seasoned flour, browned then simmered with onion, chicken broth, lemon juice and thyme...over pasta)

Soup: Beau's Hardy Broccoli (v)
(fresh hearty broccoli, carrots, celery, onion, garlic, vegetable broth, milk and creamy cheese)

Entree: Penne with Butternut Sqaush and Goat Cheese
Butternut squash, onion, goat cheese, toasted walnuts and fresh basil with pasta topped with Parmesan, a great vegetarian offering.

Chicken with a spicy peanut sauce on top of Swiss and mozzarella, topped with green onions.
