Our own spinach artichoke dip whisked into Alfredo sauce tossed with pasta, topped with grilled chicken, garnished with chopped Roma tomatoes, bacon bits and parmesan cheese.

Delicious homemade marinara, Italian sausage, all natural ground pork, lots of yummy cheeses layered with the meat sauce and ziti. Oh my goodness this is really tasty!!

(fresh broccoli, onion, garlic, vegetable broth, milk and creamy cheese)
Wednesday:

Entree: Chicken Breast with Cilantro Pesto and Goat Cheese
Boneless skinless chicken breast with a lovely fresh cilantro pesto and goat cheese served with green beans. Oh yea!
