Entree: Beef in Coconut Curry Sauce
Beef steak simmered with onion, garlic, ginger, curry, coconut milk, soy sauce, and fish sauce, served with sweet bell peppers, cherry tomatoes and green onions over Jasmine rice. So much flavor!
