Entree: Spinach Artichoke Chicken Pasta
Our own spinach artichoke dip whisked into Alfredo sauce tossed with pasta, topped with grilled chicken, garnished with chopped Roma tomatoes, bacon bits and parmesan cheese.

Soup: No soup today! It's summer!

Tuesday:

Entree: Greek Meatloaf
A mixture of ground beef, bread crumbs, milk, feta cheese, egg, onion, carrot, oregano, salt and pepper, baked to perfection, served with roasted veggies tossed in a lemon caper sauce. Yum!!

Wednesday:

Entree: Swiss Steak
Round steak slow cooked with tomatoes, bell pepper and onions. Served with mashed potatoes. Yummy comfort food!

Thursday:

Entree: Chicken and Vegetables in Chipotle Lime Cream Sauce
(strips of chicken breast meat sauteed in olive oil and butter with bell peppers, mushrooms and spinach, we add chicken broth, cream and our own Chipotle Lime Mustard, served over pasta)

Entree: Malaysian Chicken Pizza
Chicken with a spicy peanut sauce on top of Swiss and mozzarella, topped with green onions.
