Tender pork tenderloin that has been roasted with our own Apricot Mustard, garlic and pepper. Served with a delightful cream sauce made from the drippings and roasted potatoes.

A Southern favorite....shrimp, grits, cheddar, lemon, bacon, and scallions. Yum!!!!

(basic and delicious: onion, garlic, broth, cream, cheddar cheese, beer)

Entree: Quiche Lorraine
(a traditional egg and cream quiche with bacon, Swiss cheese, onion, salt, pepper and a dash of cayenne in a pastry crust)

(Portuguese Green Soup...onion, garlic, potato, chorizo sausage, kale...something delicious and different!)

Entree: Mushroom Four Cheese Pizza
This one has ricotta, mozzarella, Swiss and Parmesan and lots of mushrooms. It's a favorite of many.
