Wednesday:

Entree: Delores' Meatloaf
(the best "grandma" meatloaf you'll ever have...traditional with onion and cracker crumbs topped with catsup...served with mashed potatoes)

Soup: Cheese w/Jalapeno Pesto (v)
(carrot, onion, tomato, milk, cream cheese, cheddar, broth...topped with a pesto of jalapeno, cilantro, parsley, lime juice)
Thursday:

Entree: Zesty Crab Cakes with Creamy Pepper Sauce
Crab cakes made with imitation crab, so Debbie can eat them...no shell fish,lots of spices, walnuts, onion and celery, served with a roasted red pepper sauce. Yummy!
