Pumpkin, garlic, ricotta, parmesan, and sage wrapped in pasta topped with a sage brown butter sauce.

(white navy beans with bits of chicken, tomato, green chilies, onion, garlic, cumin, chili seasonings and oregano...stock up on this one...order a couple quarts!)

Entree: Beef Stroganoff
(sliced beef steak simmered with onions, mushrooms, garlic, paprika, tomato juice, sour cream sauce over noodles)

(roasted poblano peppers simmered with potatoes, Southwest spices, milk and cream cheese)

Entree: Beefy SW Mac and Cheese
Yummy SW flavors in this beefy mac and cheese. Spicy but not too much with tomatoes, onion, bell peppers, and yummy cheese! A new one to enjoy!
