An all time favorite...bite sized meatballs and spaghetti topped with a trational pasta sauce and shredded parmesan cheese.

Entree: Margarita Chicken
(roasted, sliced chicken breast, garlic, bell pepper, jalapeno, and red onion in a Tequila white sauce over pasta)

Soup: Tomato-Basil (v)
(tomatoes, basil, broth, a touch of honey and Worcestershire sauce...delicious hot or cold)
Wednesday:

Entree: Apple-Pork Taco
(roasted and shredded pork loin tossed in green mole sauce and a cinnamon-apple relish...wrapped in a flavored flour tortilla)

Soup: Roasted Poblano Potato (v)
(roasted poblano peppers simmered with potatoes, Southwest spices, milk and cream cheese)
Thursday:

Entree: Pepper Steak
Steak strips, browned, then simmered in beef stock with onion, garlic, bell pepper with a little soy sauce...served with rice

Soup: Jalapeno Corn Chowder (v)
(corn, milk, roasted red bell pepper, jalapeno, feta cheese and pasta)
Friday:

Entree: Chicken's Got My Goat Pizza
House made chicken pizza with basil pesto, feta, chicken marinated in our own Parmesan Gypsy, pine nuts and mozzarella. So delish!
