Beef steak breaded and fried with mashed potatoes and gravy, just like Granny's! Comfort food at it's best.

Entree: Rum Glazed Pork Tenderloin
This glaze is so good it could make a shoe taste awesome!! The tenderloin is rubbed with spices and marinated over night, seared on stove top then roasted with the glaze. To finish the glaze and pan drippings become a fabulous sauce. Served with cilantro, pineapple,lime rice.

Chicken breast, chicken broth,rich egg noodles, celery, carrots, onions, garlic, poultry seasonings, salt, pepper
Friday:

Entree: Antipasto Pizza
House made pizza with artichokes, tomatoes, black and green olives, pepperoncini, basil, pepperoni, garlic, olive oil, mozzarella and Parmesan.
