One of Chef Phillip's favorite...cheese tortellini in a creamy Alfredo sauce with flakes of salmon and pretty green peas.

Soup: Gypsie's Taco Soup
(ground beef, onion, diced tomato, pinto beans, ranch style beans, corn, hominy, with taco seasonings and Ranch dressing mix...always a favorite!)
Tuesday:

Entree: Beef and Broccoli Stir Fry
Thinly sliced sirloin, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, cornstarch, onions, water chestnuts, broccoli served over rice. All of the usual suspects come together beautifully.

Entree: Sherried Chicken and Artichokes
Boneless, skinless chicken breast seasoned with salt and pepper, sauteed with artichoke hearts and mushrooms, served in a sauce of cream, sherry, lemon juice, chives and sour cream over rice.

Entree: Baked Ziti
Delicious homemade marinara, Italian sausage, all natural ground pork, lots of yummy cheeses layered with the meat sauce and ziti. Oh my goodness this is really tasty!!
