("cakes" of chicken breast meat, bread crumbs, egg, mayo, onion, bell pepper, served with a Creole mustard sauce and steamed green beans)

A corn tortilla stuffed with chicken breast meat, onion, garlic, green chili salsa, and cilantro, with a sauce of cream, chicken broth, paprika, and Swiss Cheese, baked, served with refried beans.

Soup: Beer Cheese (v)
(basic and delicious: onion, garlic, broth, cream, cheddar cheese, beer)

Entree: shrimp and grits
A Southern favorite....shrimp, grits, cheddar, lemon, bacon, and scallions. Yum!!!!

Soup: Cheese w/Jalapeno Pesto (v)
(carrot, onion, tomato, milk, cream cheese, cheddar, broth...topped with a pesto of jalapeno, cilantro, parsley, lime juice)

Entree: Spinach and Cheese Manicotti
(manicotti shells stuffed with spinach, mozzarella, parmesan, ricotta and egg, topped with pasta sauce and a little more cheese)

Soup: Roasted Butternut Squash (v)
(fresh roasted butternut squash combined with leek, celery, onion, ginger, garlic, white wine, cream and vegetable broth, with a little nutmeg and a dash of cayenne pepper)

Entree: Quiche with caramelized onions and blue cheese
Pastry crust filled with cream, eggs, caramerlized onions and creamy blue cheese OMG!
