(Broccoli, carrots, bell peppers, linguine, butter, garlic, flour,fat free cream cheese, Parmesan, milk combine to make a lite version of this yummy dish)

(tomatoes, basil, broth, a touch of honey and Worcestershire sauce...delicious hot or cold)

Entree: Spinach Artichoke Chicken Pasta
Our own spinach artichoke dip whisked into Alfredo sauce tossed with pasta, topped with grilled chicken, garnished with chopped grape tomatoes, bacon bits and parmesan cheese.
