Pork loin chops served with a delightful brandy cream sauce and veggies with rice.

Entree: BBQ Brisket with Creamy Pepper Jack Mashed Potatoes
Smoked BBQ brisket with creamy pepper jack mashed potatoes and a yeast roll.

Soup: Cream of Spinach (v)
(simple, light and delicious with fresh spinach, onion, a bit of cream and subtle seasonings)
Thursday:

Entree: Sweet and Sour Meatballs
(bite-sized meatballs in a sauce of soy, pineapple, brown sugar, onion and bell pepper...served over rice)

Soup: Deb's Potato (v)
(a request from family! Debbie combines potatoes, chicken broth, milk, celery, onion, salt, pepper and her secret ingredients...sour cream, butter and cream cheese)
Friday:

Entree: Rosemary's Brieby Pizza
This is a favorite of ours. Brie cheese, rosemary oregano pesto, roma tomatoes, fresh rosemary and mozzarella. Yes!!
