(boneless, skinless chicken breast lightly dusted with flour, browned in butter and olive oil, finished with a sauce of white wine, lemon juice and capers served over pasta)

(lean ground beef seasoned with cinnamon and other spices... with a feta cheese sauce and spaghetti)

Soup: Tomato-Basil (v)
(tomatoes, basil, broth, a touch of honey and Worcestershire sauce...delicious hot or cold)

Entree: Grilled Yucatan Chicken Thighs
Spicy citrus chicken thighs grilled and served with cilantro pineapple rice

Soup: Gazpacho (v)
(crunchy and cool...fresh tomatoes, cucumber, onion, bell pepper, garlic, a dash of olive oil, red wine vinegar and seasonings)

Entree: Parmesan Beef with Mushrooms and Fettucine
Parmesan Gypsy marinated steak served with mushrooms in a rich sauce over fettucine

Eggs, potatoes, chorizo, onion baked until set, serve it cold, warm it or serve at room temp. We prefer it at room temp.
