An all time favorite...bite sized meatballs and spaghetti topped with a trational pasta sauce and shredded parmesan cheese.

Tuesday:

Entree: Apricot Mustard Porktender Loin
Tender pork tenderloin that has been roasted with our own Apricot Mustard, garlic and pepper. Served with a delightful cream sauce made from the drippings and roasted potatoes.

Wednesday:

Entree: Bacon Wrapped Chipotle Lime Chicken
Boneless, skinless chicken breast brushed with our famous chipotle lime mustard, wrapped with bacon, baked, ...served with saffron rice.

Soup: African Chicken Peanut
(chicken breast meat, sweet potato, onion, bell pepper, peanut butter, salsa, jalapeno, black beans)
Thursday:

Entree: Creamy Spinach Lasagna
(Pasta sheets, mozzarella, marinara, onion, spinach, flour, milk, salt, garlic, pepper, red pepper)

Soup: Italian Sausage and Kale
(Italian sausage, kale, potatoes, onion, carrots, garlic, tomato, kidney beans, chicken broth)
Friday:

Entree: Olive My Goat Pizza
Lots of olives and cheeses, hey how can that be bad?
