Entree: Italian Sausage with Fennel Sauce and Pasta
A lovely sauce we call Finocchio is served with pasta and Italian sausage. We love it so much we named a pizza after it!

(sliced beef steak, onion, mushrooms baked in a sour cream-sage sauce...served with an onion casserole)

Soup: Cheese w/Jalapeno Pesto (v)
(carrot, onion, tomato, milk, cream cheese, cheddar, broth...topped with a pesto of jalapeno, cilantro, parsley, lime juice)
Friday:

Entree: Chicken Pecan Quiche
(chicken breast meat, green onion, red bell pepper, pecans, cheddar cheese, egg, cream and a dash of hot sauce in a pastry crust)
