Entree: Beef Stew
Chunks of tender beef stewed with onions, carrots, potatoes, garlic, and a rich beef stock with red wine.

Soup: Beer Cheese (v)
(basic and delicious: onion, garlic, broth, cream, cheddar cheese, beer)
Wednesday:

Entree: Italian Sausage with Fennel Sauce and Pasta
A lovely sauce we call Finocchio is served with pasta and Italian sausage. We love it so much we named a pizza after it!

Soup: Cream of Spinach (v)
(simple, light and delicious with fresh spinach, onion, a bit of cream and subtle seasonings)
Thursday:

Entree: Spaghetti and Meatballs
An all time favorite...bite sized meatballs and spaghetti topped with a trational pasta sauce and shredded parmesan cheese.

Soup: Green Chili Brie (v)
(very creamy and rich with brie cheese, green chilies, onion and celery...wonderful)
Friday:

Entree: Tortellini and Salmon Alfredo with Peas
One of Chef Phillip's favorite...cheese tortellini in a creamy Alfredo sauce with flakes of salmon and pretty green peas.
