Our Gypsy Lites entrees are 30% or less in fat and lower in sodium. We can give you the nutritional information for you to stay focused on eating heathly. Many of our regular entrees are less in fat and sodium also. How do we know? We know our ingredients. We use boneless, skinless chicken breasts, certified natural lean ground beef, lean pork. We usually use less salt and more herbs. Once again, we control the portions. So let us help!
