Chocolate Peanut Butter Pie
(12 servings)


  • 1 1/2 c. cookie crumbs (graham, chocolate or vanilla)

  • 1/2 c. butter, melted

  • 1 T. sugar

  • 2 c. peanut butter

  • 2 c. cream cheese

  • 2 c. Prairie Fire Chocolate Sauce

  • 3 c. heavy cream

  • 1 t. vanilla


Mix together the cookie crumbs, melted butter and sugar. Press into the bottom of a 10 inch springform pan. Bake 350° for 10 minutes. Set aside to cool.

Cream the peanut butter, cream cheese and the Prairie Fire Chocolate Sauce in a mixer. Set aside. Whip the cream until stiff peaks form. Add the vanilla and whip until blended. Fold the whipped cream into the chocolate peanut butter mixture until entirely blended. Pour the mixture into the prepared springform pan. Smooth the top. Place in the refrigerator to chill and set, approximately 8 hours.

Drizzle with Prairie Fire Chocolate Sauce.
