Gypsies' Mustard Vinaigrette


  • 1 T. wine vinegar

  • 1/2 t. The Prairie Gypsies Apricot Mustard, Tarragon Mustard or Chipotle Lime Mustard

  • 1 t. water

  • Salt and pepper

  • 1/4 cup olive oil


Combine all ingredients in a blender or whisk together in a bowl. Toss with your favorite salad greens. Great on fresh tomatoes! Try as a meat marinade!

Additions: 1 t. dried basil, tarragon, or cilantro or 1 T. fresh basil, tarragon, or cilantro. We also like diced red onion. Enjoy!
