Herb Jelly Mop Sauce


  • 2 cups Cherry Rosemary Jelly, Blackberry Sage Jelly or Apple Basil Jelly

  • 1/4 cup minced red onion

  • 1 jalapeno, minced (optional)

  • 1/4 cup ketchup

  • 2 T. white wine vinegar

  • 2 T. tomato paste

  • Salt and pepper to taste


Place all ingredients in a bowl stirring to combine. Slather on with a basting brush when grilling chicken or ribs.
