Cherry Rosemary Cheesecake Sopapillas
(serves 10-12)


Ingredients

  • 2 8-oz. cans refrigerated crescent rolls

  • 16 oz. cream cheese, softened

  • 3/4 c. sugar

  • 1 t. vanilla

  • 3 T. milk

  • 1/2 c. Prairie Gypsies' Cherry Rosemary Jelly, melted and cooled

  • 1 stick of butter, melted

  • 1/3 c. sugar

  • 1 t. cinnamon

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350°. Roll out 1 can of rolls and press to the bottom of a lightly greased 9x13 baking dish, pressing seams together. Cream together cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, milk and spread on top of roll layer. Pour melted jelly on top of cream cheese. Roll out the second can of crescent rolls, pressing seams together and lay on top of jelly-cream cheese mixture. Mix together butter, 1/3 c. sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle on top of top layer.

Bake for 30 minutes until golden. Let cool before serving. Enjoy!
