Creamy Mustard Dips
(makes about 2 cups)


  • 3 T. The Prairie Gypsies Apricot Mustard, Tarragon Mustard or Chipotle Lime Mustard

  • 1/2 cup sour cream

  • 1 cup cream cheese

  • 1 T. garlic powder

  • 2 T. Italian seasoning

  • 1/2 t. cayenne


Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth. Yields approximately 2 cups. Serve with vegetables, chips or crackers. Great as a sandwich spread, too. Enjoy!

Try these variations: Add 1/2 cup mayonnaise and/or 1/4 cup chopped cooked bacon and/or 1/4 cup chopped red onion and/or 1/4 cup chopped green chilies.
