Roasted Pork Tenderloin
(serves 6)



Remove the fat and paper-thin silver membrane from the surface of the tenderloins.

Combine The Prairie Gypsies Apricot Mustard, garlic and black pepper in a bowl. Generously spread mixture over the pork tenderloins.

Roast, uncovered, 350 for 40-50 minutes or until a thermometer registers 145. Rest 10 minutes before slicing.
