Mustard Marinated Ribs

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. boneless pork ribs

  • 2 T. The Prairie Gypsies' Tarragon Mustard

  • 1 T. red wine vinegar

  • 1/4 cup olive oil

  • 1 T. dried tarragon or 2-3 T. fresh tarragon

  • 1 T. water


Preparation

Separate ribs and place in a baking dish. Combine the remaining ingredients, stirring to combine, pour over ribs and marinate for at least one hour (we think the longer the better, even over night). Remove ribs from marinade, place on a hot grill. Sear on each side, then move from the hot side of the grill for slow grilling to a temperature of 145 degrees or if using a grill pan, finish in a 325 degree oven.
