Quick Tarragon Chicken

Ingredients

  • 8 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • 1 c. sour cream

  • 1/2 c. white wine

  • 1/4 c. Prairie Gypsies' Tarragon Mustard

  • 2 t. dried tarragon

  • 1/2 t. pepper


Preparation

Preheat oven to 350°

In a baking dish, combine sour cream, wine, mustard, dried tarragon and pepper. Stir until well-blended. Add the chicken breasts, turning to coat and arrange in a single layer. Bake for 20-30 minutes until meat thermometer registers 165° in thickest part of the meat. Serve over rice or pasta.
